After conducting deep competitive research and stakeholder interviews, we re-engineered the ELM brand to differentiate with a new “people-first” positioning. This finding was supported by multiple insights we uncovered, including the trademarked NeuroLearning methodology, and the market perception that ELM’s people were a joy to work with. We followed up with a fresh visual identity, a revamped and restructured ELM Learning website, new brand messaging, and a content strategy that brought the new brand story to market.
